Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at support@mouscases.comwith your order ID.

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

Refunds for cancelled orders (if eligible) will be processed within 10–15 business days.
